Election night edition: Town Council results are in
Cluff and Seal win in Orange; Winkey and Irving prevail in Gordonsville
James Harrison Cluff and Delmer G. Seal Jr. have won the two open seats on Orange Town Council. With 1,008 and 876 votes, respectively, Cluff and Seal bested opponents Jeff Crane and Rita K. Carroll. Crane got 712 votes, and Carroll, 650. There were 15 write-in votes.
